Your Commitment to Fair Play

Play Honestly: All your actions and decisions must be your own.
No Cheating: Do not cheat in any way.
Avoid External Assistance: Do not seek help from anyone else, including friends, family, or coaches.
No Unauthorized Tools: Do not use bots, software, plugins, browser extensions, or tools that analyze gameplay in real time. We have advanced detection systems in place to identify these violations.
Prohibited Resources: Do not use any external resources that provide optimal moves during gameplay.
Manual Gameplay Only: Do not perform automated analysis or checks during ongoing games.
Account Integrity: Use only your account, and do not let others use it.
No Rating Manipulation: Avoid artificially influencing ratings, matches, or outcomes.
Respect Opponents: Do not interfere with the gameplay of others.

If you suspect another user of violating our Fair Play Policy, you must report them rather than engaging in the same behavior.

This Fair Play Policy does not apply to activities against non-human systems, such as playing against AI or bots provided by Dev. Exchange. Content creators may request special exceptions for creating material, provided they meet all conditions outlined by our Fair Play team.

Consequences of Violations

If we detect or suspect any violations of this Fair Play Policy, we may:

Close your account and publicly label it as closed for Fair Play violations.
Take additional actions, such as disclosing findings to relevant authorities or organizations.
Offer a second-chance account under specific conditions, including written acknowledgment of violations.

Further violations may result in a lifetime ban. All account actions are at the sole discretion of DevExchange and second chances are not guaranteed.

Alignment with Our User Agreement

This policy is a condition of using our platform and services. In case of any conflict between this Fair Play Policy and our User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.
